What we do
Tenure Comp Intelligence is verified compensation data for the teams that set pay in the Gulf. Primary-source salary bands across 12 white-collar sectors in UAE and Saudi, refreshed quarterly, with the verified source count on every band. The unit of analysis is the role, not the individual, so no figure traces back to a named person.
Why we built it
Compensation in the Gulf is opaque. The established references are annual, expensive, and built for narrative rather than for setting a band on a Wednesday afternoon. Recruiter networks help, but they sample fewer than ten data points per role and the conversation costs a phone call you don't always have time for.
Tenure Comp Intelligence is the dashboard that sits between those poles. Quarterly refresh, source counts on every row, from $249 per month billed annually. Reward, HR, and finance teams use it to set bands they can defend to an exec team or a candidate.
How the data is built
Two primary sources stand behind every band: extracts from established Gulf compensation surveys, and anonymised offer-letter data from Tenure's verified corpus. No band publishes on fewer than three sources, and the source count sits on every row so a buyer sees the evidence before using a number. The full method is public at the methodology page.
